WHY????

After joining MES I come across so many interesting cases. I like to share them with everybody. I cannot publish them in journal because they take so much of time and very often the wise men there don't find them good enough to publish. Here we go….

Huge fungating thyryod

 

 

034This young lady of 23y had a relatively slowly going thyroid nodule. An FNAC was done. It rapidly enlarged. skin over it was necrosed.  It turned out to be a fungating bleeding mass. FNAC was adenomatoid goiter. Hemithyroidectomy with local lymphnode resection was done. HP report was papillary CA.
